Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Portifylead.com, including its browser extension, account portal, CRM and spreadsheet integrations, and AI Sales Brief features. By creating an account or continuing authenticated use of the service on or after the effective date, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Revision of September 8, 2026. The feature this document called “Smart Handoff” is named “AI Sales Brief” throughout, which is what it is called everywhere in the product. Only the name changed: no obligation, permission or data practice in these terms is altered, and the version and effective date are unchanged.

Portifylead.com is operated by Marius Toth, an individual based in Romania. References to "we", "us", or "Portifylead.com" refer to that individual.

1. The Service

Portifylead.com lets you capture information visible to you on a LinkedIn page and, after your review, save selected information to a destination you connected, such as a CRM or spreadsheet. An AI Sales Brief can use the visible messages in a conversation to suggest summaries and structured context. Portifylead.com acts only when you trigger an action; it does not provide a LinkedIn inbox, continuously monitor conversations, load messages in the background, or send LinkedIn messages on your behalf.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By using Portifylead.com, you confirm this is the case.

If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation. You are responsible for your account, for keeping access to it secure, and for all activity performed through it.

3. Accounts, Trials, and Subscriptions

Current features, allowances, trial terms, prices, currencies, taxes, and billing intervals are shown before you subscribe and form part of these terms. A paid subscription starts only when the checkout confirms it. You may cancel at any time; unless the checkout states otherwise, access continues through the paid period and partial billing periods are not refunded. If a cardless trial ends without payment details, paid access does not begin automatically.

4. Your Content and Responsibilities

“Your Content” means profile details, conversation text, instructions, mappings, edits, and other information you submit or ask the service to process. You keep your rights in Your Content and instruct us to process it only to provide the actions you request.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any permissions or notices needed to process information about other people and to write it to your connected destination. You must review captured and generated information before saving it, and you remain responsible for the records, tasks, assignments, invitations, and communications you create using the service.

5. AI Sales Briefs and AI-Assisted Output

When you request an AI Sales Brief, Portifylead.com processes the profile and currently visible text messages needed to generate suggested summaries and structured fields. An AI service hosted by Amazon Web Services processes that request. We select and configure the model and region for no request retention, model-invocation logging, or prompt caching, and do not use Your Content to train a general-purpose model. The Privacy Policy identifies the current provider and any applicable exceptions.

The extension may display the person's LinkedIn-hosted profile photo directly from its temporary LinkedIn URL while Capture is open. The URL is not included in generation, sent to Portifylead.com or a connected destination, or saved in browser storage. Portifylead.com does not copy, proxy, persist, or upload the photo.

Raw conversation messages, evidence excerpts, and destination payloads are handled only for the active request and are not retained in Portifylead.com's server-side storage, logs, analytics, diagnostics, or support tools. Approved profile fields, AI Sales Brief values, and Description may remain in the extension's local browser storage and in the destination you selected. The Privacy Policy describes this data path and the current service providers in more detail.

AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect. It is a suggestion, not professional advice or an autonomous decision. You must review and may edit or omit each value before confirming a save.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Portifylead.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with LinkedIn's and each connected destination's own terms of service. You must not:

• Process information without a lawful purpose or required authority
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the extension
• Use the product to spam, harass, discriminate against, or unlawfully contact people
• Share your account credentials with people outside your licensed team
• Use automated or bulk methods to evade product, platform, or usage limits

7. Third-Party Platforms

Portifylead.com operates alongside LinkedIn, connected destinations, calendar providers, payment providers, and cloud services. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Their services and terms are separate from ours. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the rules of LinkedIn and every destination or provider you connect.

You authorise us to use the credentials and permissions granted through a connected provider only to perform your requested actions. Disconnecting a provider stops new actions and deletes the stored authorisation as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

9. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will not be charged again after your current period ends. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, contact us and we will review the situation fairly.

10. Availability, Outputs, and Product Changes

We aim to keep Portifylead.com running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. If we make a significant change that affects your plan or materially changes how the service processes data, we will provide reasonable advance notice as described below.

11. Intellectual Property and Feedback

Portifylead.com and its software, branding, and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, but we will not publish your confidential information as part of that feedback.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment, or harm to the service or a third-party platform. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to correct it.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Portifylead.com is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that third-party platforms will remain compatible, or that captured or AI-assisted output will be complete or correct.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service or a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms and How We Notify You

We may update these terms. The current version, publication date, and effective date appear at the top of this page. For a material change, we will give registered users reasonable advance notice by email to the account address and through a non-blocking notice in Portifylead.com that links to the updated terms. The notice will summarise the change and state its effective date.

If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using the service before it takes effect and may cancel your subscription or request account deletion. Continuing to use the service on or after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. A feature action such as saving a person, creating a task, assigning an owner, or opening a calendar composer is confirmation of that action, not a separate acceptance of legal terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
